Z-Paste is often used as a first-line treatment for Varicose Eczema. Its a Paste bandage with anti-microbial Zinc oxide which not only prevents wound infection but also improves wound healing process . Zinc, in the form of topical creams and lotions, had been using in wound care for more than 3,000 years. They are usually used on legs and arms.

- Z Paste is used as a first-line treatment for Varicose Eczema
- Applied as an adjunct to compression therapy in the management of Varicose Eczema or dermatitis and should be used without compression in case of normal Eczema conditions
- Ideal bandage for the management of cellulitis and burn treatment
- Topical steroid ointment or cream used under the bandage will be absorbed efficiently, making it sufficient to apply once a day
- Where venous insufficiency exists some paste bandages may be used under graduated compression bandaging. However, careful assessment to exclude arterial disease must first be undertaken by an experienced practitioner

Method 1: Start applying from the base of the toes. The bandage should be loosely wrapped around the foot, heel and around the leg in a spiral fashion to just below the knee. Then smooth and mould the bandage around the leg.
Method 2: Start applying from the base of the toes, the bandage should be loosely wrapped around the foot and heel. While wrapping from the ankle, apply a pleat, at the front of the leg. This should be repeated up to the leg until just below the knee.[/vcex_teaser]
