1. Sponsor & Promoter

This contest is conducted by Dynamic Techno Medicals Pvt. Ltd, having its registered office at Asokapuram, Aluva, Kerala, India – 683101

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of India, aged 18 years or above at time of entry, except residents of Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland, and Sikkim, where such contests are prohibited or restricted. Employees of Sponsor, Meta Platforms Inc., and their immediate families/households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Contest Period

Entries will be accepted from Start Date, June 11, 2026 at 12:00 AM IST to End Date, July 20th, 2026 at 11:59 PM IST, or before kickoff of the first match of the week, whichever is earlier. (“Contest Period”). Sponsor’s system clock is the official timekeeper. Entries submitted after Contest Period begins are void.

4. How to Enter – Free Method Only

To enter, during the Contest Period:
1. Visit the official contest post on https://www.facebook.com/dynamictechnomedicals/ Instagram https://www.instagram.com/dynamic_techno_medicals. And click the link given to enter the contest (Google form)
2. In the form, enter all the necessary details and Comment “How many total goals will be scored in all World Cup matches for the contest week? And which team will score the MOST goals during the contest week [Contest Week Dates, e.g. June 14-20, 2026].
3. Submit your comment before the last match on Sunday of that week kicks off.

Limit: **One entry per person/account**. Editing your comment after submission voids entry. Multiple comments, bot entries, or third-party entries are void. Tagging friends or sharing the post is **not required and will not improve chances of winning**.

5. How Winner Is Determined – Judging Criteria

Primary Criterion – Closest Total Goals Guess
The eligible entry with the exact or closest guess to the actual total number of goals scored in all FIFA World Cup matches played between June 16, 2026, 00:00 IST and June 22, 2026, 23:59 IST will be selected as the potential winner.
Official goal totals will be based on data published at www.fifa.com after all matches for the stated period are completed.
Tie-Breaker – Team With Most Goals
If two or more entries have the same closest guess for total goals, the entry that correctly predicts which team scored the most goals during the same period will be ranked higher.
Final Tie-Breaker – Random Draw
If a tie still exists after applying criteria 1 and 2, the winner will be selected by random draw from all tied eligible entries using a verifiable random selection tool.
Entry Limits
One entry per person. Multiple or edited entries will result in disqualification of all entries from that person.
No Purchase Necessary
A purchase of Dynamic Techno Medicals products will not increase chances of winning.
Verification
The Promoter’s decision is final. The potential winner may be required to verify eligibility before the prize is awarded.

6. Prize

One winner per week will receive a gift bundle of Dyna products.
Total Approximate Retail Value: ₹500. Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable. No cash alternative except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Note: Total value of all prizes offered by Sponsor in this calendar month will not exceed ₹1,000 to comply with The Prize Competitions Act, 1955. Number of unique entries capped at 2,000.*

7. Winner Notification & Verification

All weekly winners will be announced via email /SMS with the provided in the form or reply comment + tag on our Facebook and Instagram pages within 7 days after Contest Period ends. Winner must DM Sponsor from the winning account within 48 hours with full name, address, PAN, and age proof for verification and prize dispatch.

**Tax**: If prize value exceeds ₹10,000 in a financial year, TDS @30% will be deducted u/s 194B of Income Tax Act. For prizes below ₹10,000, winner is solely responsible for any tax liability. PAN may be collected for records.

If winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails verification, or fails to claim, an alternate winner will be selected.

**8. General Conditions & Release**

By entering, you agree:
1. To be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions;
2. To release Meta Platforms Inc., Facebook, Instagram, and their affiliates from any liability related to this contest;
3. Sponsor may cancel/modify/suspend if fraud, technical failure, ambiguous FIFA data, or any factor impairs contest integrity;
4. Entry constitutes permission to use winner’s name/handle/city for promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Skill Contest Statement

This is a game of skill. Winner selection is based on knowledge of football teams and ability to predict game outcomes using publicly available information. Chance plays no material role.

10. No Endorsement by Meta

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms Inc., Facebook, or Instagram. You are providing information to Dynamic Techno Medicals and not to Meta. Meta bears no liability for this contest.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governed by laws of India. Courts in Ernakulum, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer laws in winner’s state.

12. Data Privacy

Personal data collected will be used only for contest administration and marketing purpose per Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: Data will not be sold or shared except for prize fulfilment.

13. Compliance with Indian Law

This contest complies with The Prize Competitions Act, 1955 and is not gambling/lottery as no entry fee is charged and skill is predominant. Contest void in states where prohibited.
